Open CritChess in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. Launch it once while online so the game can cache its boards, armies and interface for offline play.
Progress and accounts
Guest rewards are stored on the server and linked to this browser’s guest cookie; clearing site data can lose access to them. Registered accounts synchronize their profile and collection. Settings, training progress and your saved AI/local battle remain on this device. Never send anyone your Google password or verification code.
Missing War Marks
A game started online can receive a server-issued reward ticket, valid for six hours. Pending rewards retry after reconnection; the server verifies the moves and credits a battle at most once. Games started entirely offline, games with Undo and friend matches give no currency. Daily AI limits also apply.
Online match problems
Stay on the match page while it reconnects, or reopen its URL in the same browser/account. Do not start another search to recover an existing match. Inactive matches expire after 24 hours without rewards.
Contact support
During closed testing, contact the person who invited you. A public support address will be added before access opens.
